I understand that the Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap I am consenting to is for the purpose of relaxation and nourishing my skin, detoxifying my skin and body and may have an added benefit of overall inch loss through the use of Aloe soaked material that will be wrapped around my body. 

 

I am giving consent for an Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap Treatment; A treatment in which warmed cloth strips are soaked in an Aloe and Herbal solution will be wrapped around my body in a mummy-style wrapping process. The cloth will remain on my body for approx 40 minutes to allow the solution to soak into my skin to detoxify the skin and body and to help improve my skin texture and appearance. 

 

I understand that individual results from a Body Wrap will vary from person to person and no two persons experience or results from a Body Wrap are the same due to body make up, composition, health, skin condition and multiple health factors. 

 

I understand that the Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap I am receiving is not a substitute for a medical treatment and is in no way associated with a medical process, procedure or examination. 

 

I understand that the Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap I am receiving is being applied by a licensed Massage Therapist or a Licensed Esthetician or Licensed Cosmetologist.  The licensed professional who applies my Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap is an Independent Contractor at The Salt & Serenity Grotto and is responsible for maintaining his or her own license.

 

I understand that an Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap treatment is a detoxifying treatment and is contra-indicated for anyone with health conditions with compromised kidney or liver functions such as Hepatitis, Renal Failure, Kidney Stones or Liver Disease.  Aloe & Herbal Body Wraps are contra-indicated for pregnancy and anyone who is currently being treated for cancer. 

 

I understand that any illicit or sexually suggestive remarks or advances will result in the immediate termination of my Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap treatment. 

 

By signing below, I am giving consent to participate in an Aloe & Herbal Body Wrap treatment. I will not hold The Salt & Serenity Grotto , LLC liable for any adverse reactions I experience from my Body Wrap which may include but are not limited to detoxification reactions such as headache, intestinal discomfort or flu like symptoms as the treatment may flush toxins from the body following your body wrap for the next few days.
