45-MINUTE UPPER BODY SIGNATURE MASSAGE
This massage is focused on the upper body only, and it's a perfect blend of Relaxation techniques and Deep Tissue work to give relief to tight, tense, and achy muscles. SALT CAVE YIN YOGA
with Dee Black
Dee is now offering two one-hour classes every Wednesday at 4:15 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. Each class is $16 per person and includes a Himalayan salt session. No experience, equipment, or mats are needed, and the class can be tailored to your abilities. This chair yoga class features gentle stretching, slow and fluid movements, focused breathing, and relaxation for both the mind and body. Sign up through our website or call to reserve your spot. Classes fill quickly, so don’t delay.

The Salt Grotto is now offering Cupping with Ashley Mcle! Ashley is a certified Cupping Specialist and she recently received an additional certification in Facial Cupping! Ashley can incorporate cupping into any of her massages or you can schedule a session solely focused on cupping to relieve muscular pain and tension.

Our paper card stock gift certificates that can be purchased in our gift shop have a 2-year expiration date! We encourage you to use them before they expire! This becomes VERY critical for people with gift certificates that expire around the holidays when we are at peak business volumes! During the holidays, we normally cannot accommodate "emergency gift certificate bookings" due to expiring gift certificates. If our schedule is full and the next available appointment is beyond the expiration date on your card, that is not the fault or responsibility of The Salt Grotto. We hate to upset any client, especially those who received a gift certificate to our spa, but due to our accounting processes, we cannot accept an expired gift certificate for payment. We are currently booking in October right now!
