The Salt Grotto requires a 24 hour cancellation notice. Guests who give a cancellation notice within less than 24 hours of appointment will be given a 25% refund. Guests who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be charged the full reservation price with no refunds.

Other people like to use it as an effective treatment method for specific condition, like asthma. For this reason we cannot predict how many salt therapy sessions each person will need.

No fluids/beverages are allowed in our caves. We ask you not to take any food into the sessions with you as well.
