Dee is joining us as a yoga instructor for our Himalayan Salt Cave Yin Yoga classes! Dee is a wonderful addition to our class as our new instructor! Dee brings an amazing background of experience, knowledge, and passion for yoga, health, and wellness!

Dee's class is designed for all body types, all levels of experience, and anyone who just wants to relax their mind and body! In this class you will work on gently stretching, improving flexibility, improving breath work and focusing on self-care. You don't need any special equipment—just come in comfy clothes! This is chair-style yoga!

Classes are every Wednesday from 5:30 to 6:30.

LADIES NIGHT OUT

May 21st from 4pm to 7pm!

We will once again be a proud participant in this year's event and cannot wait to see all of you amazing ladies at our spa!

We have experienced unprecedented phone volumes at the end of 2025 and now into 2026, and we are doing our best to treat each and every call with the detailed attention and excellent customer service we are known for! We are thriving because of all of you! THANK YOU!

These calls take time, and our bookings are all customized to the callers' needs. We are not a chain spa and do not offer a click-and-book online massage menu because we are more individualized, offer couples massages that need careful coordination, and we have many add-on services that are custom due to our Himalayan Salt and being a salt spa. We truly appreciate your patience as we work to return your calls!

Please note: You may get a call back from a "PRIVATE" number or from a cell phone. These callers are our remote phone schedulers who are helping us with fielding calls and scheduling appointments while working off-site from the spa. Please be sure to check your voice mail messages because we are indeed returning calls and leaving messages for our clients, but many people do not realize we are calling them back because they do not recognize the phone number.
