Salt Cave Yin Yoga!

This holiday season you may find yourself needing some stress relief! We can help! Take a Yin Yoga class in our Himalayan Salt Cave!

Classes are 1 hour in length, and no experience is necessary! Just come ready to relax, breathe deep and let the stress roll off you as you gently stretch, focus and calm your mind and body.

Beginning November 6th, we will be changing our hours on Thursdays. We will be open EVERY OTHER Thursday from 10 am to 2 pm OR by APPOINTMENT ONLY.

This change ONLY APPLIES TO THURSDAYS and is due to staffing availability, and we apologize for any inconvenience!

SALT SCRUB CLASSES

We will not offer any Himalayan Salt Scrub Make & Take Classes in the month of November. We will be working on the classroom area and expanding the classroom space to provide you with more room and comfort during your classes. Classes WILL RESUME in the month of DECEMBER!

The Salt & Serenity Grotto Gives Back to the Community!

In the month of November, if you bring in 3 or more canned goods or non-perishable food items as a donation, you get $5.00 off your Himalayan Salt Cave or Salt Bed session!

All collected food items will be donated to a local church or food bank in need this holiday season! Last year we collected 148 cans/non-perishable food items! Let's do even more together this season!!

We are proud participants of the Loyal to Local Program hosted by the Wooster Chamber of Commerce! Be sure to get your shopping passports at our spa or any of the other local participating shops and restaurants!
