After a long holiday season, Santa's elves LOVE to unwind with some Yin Yoga! All that toy-making can be stressful, and the elves appreciate some self-care time to stretch and relax! We offer Himalayan Salt Cave CHAIR Yin Yoga classes on Wednesdays at 5:30pm! You get a 1-hour-long class with a FREE Himalayan Salt session as you gently stretch, breathe, and calm your mind and body. No experience is needed. No special equipment is needed. We customize the class to your abilities!

Frosty the Snowman says Sound Bowls and Salt Cave Meditation with Brian Reich are pretty amazing! These services are available by appointment only! Give us a call to inquire about setting up a private session for you and your friends!
Brian will customize a meditation session for you based on your interests (beach, waterfall, space, nature), or he will design a meditation based on calming the body systems, stress release, breathing techniques, and much, much more! Frosty really enjoys when Brian does a beach scene meditation session because that is as close to the sun and warmth as he can get! (You've seen the movie!)
Sound Bowl therapy is also available for a private session. Brian will use his sound bowls to produce tones and frequencies to soothe your mind and body and produce a sense of peace, balance, and well-being.
