Mild to moderate pressure is applied as the stone glide over your muscles. The warmth of the stones provides a deeper relaxation and relief. After massaging, the warmed stones are then placed on achy muscles from the feet to the neck! This is a total body relaxation massage. If you haven't tried this massage yet --you need to! Pure Bliss!
