Salt Cave Meditation & Massage Event!

Service Description
Join us for a special event on April 22nd and experience a Salt Cave Meditation Class which will focus on Total Body Relaxation, Breath Work and Stress Relief! While you are in your class, you will also receive a small hand/foot massage to help you more deeply relax! You will also get to experience some Sound Bowl Therapy as well! Brian Reich, Certified Meditation & Sound Bowl Specialist will be leading our classes and he will help you focus your intent on your body systems to relax the body and mind. He will work with you on your breathing to relax your body while cleansing the body of stress and negativity. Our last events sold out and were very well received! Don't wait to sign up!

The Salt Grotto requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all massages. Guests who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be charged the full reservation price with no refunds.
