This massage incorporates the BEST of both types of massage: Deep Tissue and Relaxation Massage into your massage service. Our Half & Half massage is perfect for clients who truly need both types of massage incorporated into one session. Our therapist will apply a deeper, more focused pressure on problematic areas of your body that are causing you discomfort. The focus of the deep tissue portion of the massage is to target areas of the musculoskeletal system that need more work and pressure to relieve pain and tightness. The therapist will also use relaxation massage techniques to soothe and nurture you into a more relaxed state of calm for your mind and body. The relaxation portion of the massage is designed to comfort and soothe you with lighter touch and focus on helping you to achieve relaxation for areas of your body that are not in need a deep tissue massage. Want to enhance your massage experience? For an additional cost, we offer CBD Oil, Essential Oil for Aromatherapy, and Hot Stones as an add-on to any massage!

Cancellation Policy

The Salt Grotto requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all massages. Guests who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be charged the full reservation price with no refunds.
