Cancellation Policy

The Salt Grotto requires a 48-hour cancellation notice for all massages. Guests who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be charged the full reservation price with no refunds. The Salt Grotto requires a 24-hour cancellation notice for all salt cave sessions. Guests who fail to keep a scheduled appointment will be charged the full reservation price with no refunds.
