Salt Cave Massage

We offer both upper body and total body relaxation massages in our salt cave rooms. We offer single and couples massage, hot stone, and deep tissue massage as well as prenatal massage.

Group Event Room

We offer Make & Take classes with products made with Himalayan Salt such as salt scrubs, bath salts, salt grinders with herbs and seasonings, salt crafts, and much more. ALL events include a 45-minute salt session! The Event Room is ideal for bridal parties, birthday parties, work or professional groups, team building, family activities, and much more! Call to inquire or schedule. Watch Facebook for event announcements. Private-party bookings are available by request.

Salt Cave Yin Yoga

We offer Yin Yoga with Sheri Csapo in our Shared Cave. Yin Yoga is done in a seated position in our zero-gravity chairs.
