Service Description
Join us for 3 special Salt Cave sessions that will focus on Self Care and showing yourself some tender LOVING care! Join us and renew, unwind and recharge in a wonderful relaxation focused meditation session that incorporates some light massage of your hands/arms/feet! The meditation will focus on total body relaxation, stress release, breathwork and some sound bowl therapy as well! These sessions are in our large salt cave so you will get the benefit of an hour long Himalayan Salt Cave session for FREE! Tuesday February 18th at 6pm Saturday February 22th at 10:15am Tuesday February 25nd at 6pm Session spots are limited to 8 people per session! Sign up online or by calling us to reserve your seat! All reservations must be pre-paid to hold your seat. $26.00 per person
